FRUITY YOGURT SNACK

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup plain yogurt (no sugar added)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 ea apple (or fruit of choice)
  • 1/4 cup walnuts (or nut/seed of choice)

PREPARATION

  1. Scoop yogurt into bowl.
  2. Add cinnamon and honey, then stir so evenly mixed.
  3. Chop apple into cubes and place on top of yogurt.
  4. Crumble walnuts on top of apple.
  5. Sprinkle more cinnamon on top, to taste. Enjoy!
