We have all witnessed someone who needs support, maybe unhoused or struggling with other challenges in our community. Many of us walk by and pretend not to notice; some of us stop and offer help, and many feel ill-equipped to help; we don’t know what to do. This is where Lisa Niegowski Helping Hands Street Outreach Specialist, comes into help.
